my favorite Chi Kung

I really do not have any one favorite Chi Kung, I do Wu Kung exercises when practicing Hung Gar and Southern Mantis. But also I practice a lot of different Nei Kung doing my Internal Styles. I have been fortunate enough to learn many different Chi Kung execises over the years. I always practice Holding the Barrel (tree or Ball) each morning along with Quan Yin Chi Kung after my morning Tai Chi practice. But the external Chi Kung is practice in the afternoon just before my afternoon claases. I enjoy my Tai Ji Ruler, but on the weekends I like to play 5 Animal Frolics or 8 Brocades. But it all comes down on my health at the time or how I feel at the time. The problem is there are so many to do and so little time in the day.

I practice holding different stances for long periods of time but focus on ma bu with both arms extended out to each side.
