Rep Power: 14 | | | standing I am getting all excited about standing again, having done wuji, tree hugging and santi. Does anyone know how different zhan zhuang arm positions relate to the organs and meridians?
BTW Have there been good threads on standing here?

Rep Power: 14 | | Huh Overwhelmed by the many responses to my post I have found out for myself. As far as the different circles (up, down etc) goes, no they don't work on specific meridians, but they do work the whole energy system differently

Depends who you talk to. There is some stuff about which area the meridians in the arms 'point' at...
