The kit looks good. Does she do stuff for blokes? (No one ever does). Her technique is not too bad at all.
I do neck bridges once in a while myself, though I prefer postures like fish pose which strengthen the whole spine. IMO the particular exercise is more a requirement for martial artists as there are other more general ways to strengthen the neck as part of the whole spine for the ordinary public. Heard a very well respected yoga teacher go off on a tangent about back bends generally (including neck bridge) recently. She was adamant the "evolutionary necessity" for bending backward was minimal. It's neck bridge and the martial arts movements it strengthens the body for that makes me doubtful of her claims. Certainly it's an interesting aspect to this whole topic which I hadn't considered.
Headstand is a fantastic way to strengthen the spine and opens all sorts of other stuff. Go for it if you can do so safely. One option is to start by practicing at the wall with the shoulders securely supported and the head resting gently on a bolster so your head lightly presses into its support and the weight goes down into the floor through blocks/benches/chairs under your shoulders and your spine is held in a vertical line (as close to it as consistent with natural curves) by the wall. It takes some doing to get secure support sorted out but it means you can quickly build up to the necessary three minutes without risking the neck.
Edit: on the subject of yoga kit I just discovered that the squiggly writing on my shirt reads "kindness, animal rights, veganism, political activism". Ironic given I'm inclined to believe the primary right of most animals is to be cooked and eaten with a tasty sauce...
