left and right

i have noticed over the years that the majority of

aches and pains in my body are on the right hand side

which although i am right hand dominant

i am relatively ambidextrous

i can write with both hands

use the comuter mouse with my left hand

even shave left handedly

(when i can be bothered but beards are a whole thread unto them selves)

it still suprises me

because it seems really out of proportion

for instance at the moment

i have a torn serratuse anertior

and deltiod

recently had an abcess under one of my teeth

have a pulled muscle in the front pad of my foot

have a dull ache in my hip that is always there

and have a trapped nerve just under my eye

all on the right hand side !!!

it has been a theme for a number of years now

this righthanded injury thing

i am of the opinion at the moment that i have some energy blockage issues

in the right hand side of my body

any sugestions

or opinions

I dunno, try some acupuncture/pressure, massage - take a break from training, train the left side more. Yoga? Common sense stuff I guess.

Your body is trying to tell you that you are too liberal. You've got an excess build up of conservatism that you need to let out.
