Rep Power: 0 | | am i feeling chi? Every now and then, I feel a hot sensation in my hands almost like hot needles pricking my skin. My hands get very warm and I begin to feel these hot pricking sensations randomly on my hands. The pricks feel hot, sharp, electric, and very very slightly painful. I'm not trying to consciously bring chi to my hands when this happens, it just does. Is this Chi or do I need medical attention Thanks,

Rep Power: 100 | | | As "Qi" is a generic name for natural processes, you can name it some sort of "Qi" as well as a flooding through lymph carrying some amount of hormons or chemical agents. Sometimes it happens from anger, sometimes from excitement, sometimes because an unnaturally suppressed flow gets normal from insides caring, etc. As long as you don't get true problems like with your eyes, or circulation (fainting, hot, cold, sick), there is no need to care. |

Rep Power: 100 | | | It's not the meaning, it's in case of a valid part the sound. Sounds are used in some variations for a kind of stimulation, and to relax a part of the lung. | |
