These people make me really laugh. They claim to be able to perform "No Touch Knockouts" and knock you out effortlessly with a simple touch that supposedly anyone can learn to apply after one lesson. I say send in a Chuck Lidell to this guys Dojo and sit back and watch as he tears the so called masters limb from limb.

I can personally tell you that point spotting or touching like that is REAL, how do I know? because i was knocked down, blinked in and out of consciousness, and floored by touches. I don't know how easily this is applied in a real combatitive situation, but the master easily found the points on me, and easily devastated me with simple touches. I don't know anything about kyosho jitsu, but i can vouch for that ability of someone to knock down/out people with touches.

my mistake they were doing kyosho jitsu, http://www.dojo-arts.com/kyusho.htm the man on the right, sensei mick slider was able to do those things to me. That was really a big shock to my perception of martial arts reality.

the principle behind these techniques is disrupting the yin and yang energies of the body, it is very real, but i will let you find out for yourself.

A good chin na artist can do a lot of those things at least in a demo, in a fight maybe get in a lucky one now and then.

There was a preacher in Mich that learned a couple of those and used them on stage to do "faith healings" had a very large following.

I can do a of lot of those that cause pain or numbness, and a few that can knock you down, it takes some practice, though they claim it works after one lesson, not to sure about that.

One way to know is go see them in person and see what they do.

I was reading their advertisement and found a couple of problems..one they talk about a kata from China...sounds a little strange...then they claim it is a secret brought here by....master Daniel Pai...you know as in Pai Lum!!!
Umar has been holding out on us!

Now what I want to know is why Umar didn't send the patch like they do

The Grand Master of our system, Dennis Decker was i believe a student of Daniel Kane Pai, the story i've heard is that they had a falling out. So it seems our style probably has strong influences from Pai Lum. However, as I know it, I have not encountered any forms or specific teaching on the subject. Then again i'm a beginner in the style. I don't know about their lineage claims, but the practioner I met, was clearly not faking it.

I don't believe it and I've never experienced it. I would suggest it has as much to do with suggestion as pressure points.

Trust me, when I saw them being performed, I put myself in a position to volunteer for the demo because I didn't believe it myself. I did not willingly fall down or black out on my own. How effectively can it be applied in realistic situations? that i don't know.

is right. Because these things cannot be scientifically proven and I should think that a development that is advanced enough to split the atom could prove the existance of these "pressure points" the problem is that the so called meridians don't correspond with the bodies anatomy. I find it telling that you don't find these people in the UFC or even being willing to undergo scientific tests to prove their abilities. One guy who claims some of the no touch stuff underwent somewhat of a test at a ma camp in SE Mass a few years ago and totally failed. You all can find it on uaichiryu.com
