Tell what you believe is the best. Tell me what music calms your soul during meditation and training sessions.

Isn't "the best" just a point of view? If applying Rythmic Entrainment to an altered state of thought whether it is meditation, massage, or just relaxing in general, music with a tempo below 60 beats per minute is proven to lower blood pressure. It also slows the heart rate and rate of breath.
If I am sitting in meditation, or standing quiet in wu chi posture, I prefer whatever background noise that happens to be present.
If I happen to be playing a solo form, or some other moving meditation I enjoy Michael Hedges' Breakfast in the field. The total running time of the CD is about 40 minutes or so, and it's become part of my personal practice.

If you are commenting on the "IMO"
I was just saying In My Opinion = meaning I do not believe that my opinion is universal.
I don't do music in meditation - avoid it in many aspects of my life. I found that long exposure to music tends to impact my zazen - and my concentration in general.
There is research supporting my observation (next to last paragraph summarizes what I'm talking about). Not to say that music doesn't "set the mood" for meditation - I just find that it distracts me more than helps...
Thats me - not necessarily everybody.
