Valid History of Wudang Neigong?

That's a bunch of $*!t. Wudang has real gong fu. Most of the schools around the mountain teach the contemporary wushu crap, but to say all is ignorant.

I have a friends who have friends that know people that can fly. Until I have seen it... a little hard to digest. Maybe basing an opinion off personal experience would be better.

Government involvement sucks, but as far as they are concerned... they own it. So, Wudang becomes the next Shaolin. Doesn't mean it's all fake.

I guess that means everything from Shaolin was completely fake and made up by the Shaw Bros.

I never said all of the techniques or masters of the Wudang techniques were fake. All I'm saying is that they don't openly teach the real techniques to foreigners.

he teaches traditional real gong fu. SOME forms have been tampered with and contain trace elements of contemporary modification, but a lot is straight up real and old.

His internal is amazing.

if you go... i'll guarantee you sweat your ass off and learn something.

p.s. master like Wan Lai Sheng didn't go to Wudang and learn sword and other arts because they are good snake oil salesman. I'm pretty sure he would have seen through the bullcrap. And no one is gonna talk smack on Wan Lai Sheng. Do research. Wudang gong fu is real... and old.

Wudang only opened up to chinese and non-chinese in 1998/2000.

So have you studied there, or did a friend of a friend of a friend study there?

How long have you been training Wah Lum?

I studied Wah Lum as well. Got pretty far in the system too. I love every one of my Wah lum weapons sets. Some of the funnest forms ever. But I swore to Mimi I would never be a renegade and teach Wah Lum. So the only thing I hold onto is the weapon sets.
