Muslim Cabbie Fined for not Picking up Blind Passenger

Muslims of the UK have lost their 3rd straight demand of trying to get non-Muslims to cater to Islam. The first being the Muslim man who sued a supermarket because he had to handle alcohol. The second demand which was shot down were the Muslims launching a petition trying to stop a new Tesco Supermarket from selling any alcohol at all. Now the third is a UK Muslim cabbie who got fined for refusing to allow a blind person with a seeing eye dog into his cab, as many Muslims believe that Islam is against dogs. The cabbie was fined £300 after responding to a summons with a guilty plea. He will have to pay this, along with £150 in legal costs and a £15 victim surcharge, within 28 days. Are the citizens of the UK are slowly waking up and standing up to the Islamists?

Some stupid chancers who happened to be muslims.

The last time I got a cab to the airport the driver was a hindu immigrant who spent the whole journey in a racist rant about immigrants, particularly somalis, and muslims. I think if he ever meets a muslim somali he will spontaneously combust with rage.

Fortunately the theodora gillicks, the raving racist hindus, the idiots who want 48 day detention without trial, and the occaisional islamist idiot all get short shrift from the legal system in the uk. The only group that really gets concessions is the sikhs because if they really want to ride around without a helmet on it's only going to be them that suffers.

It's simple. The UK is not a Muslim country. If you don't want to handle alcohol, then don't work in a place where you need to handle it. I mean everybody has their own rights, but they shouldn't come at the cost of the majority, i.e. the Tesco Supermarket incident. And the blind man, well the man and his dog would most likely sit in the back seat, right? So what's his beef?

Come to think of it... I suspect the cabbie and the supermarket nutter both fell foul of a law making it illegal to discriminate unfairly when providing services.

It's a fairly recent law.

I think we had a discussion about it at the dlist.

Didn't a certain catholic individual express concern it might force innkeepers to provide beds for homosexual couples when their religious views were oposed to homosexuality?
