Terms such as:

"switch off"
"low double"
"butt skoot"
are as descriptive to me as terms such as:
"bing choi"
"ke lum po"
"piu jee"
"bao jeung"
would be to you guys...
Anyway I posted my view based on this:
" what do you do to be something other than a guy holding a lone leg looking like a chump"
sorry if I'm in the wrong ball park ...

It's ok - Fu Pau - they are evolving and therefore certain terminolgy become standards - it's just their traditional stuff - you'll never get it.
Oh you see - because it's in Chinese, it's traditional and if it's English, it's contemporay.
I prefer (but its not always there) an inside step. Rather than clearing the leg inside and kipping it up to then sweep out the support leg from behind, I like to clear the leg outside and then take a big step inside, take the far leg and lift everything up and back as momentum carries forward. If the timing is right there can be some sweet airtime. Quite demoralizing.
3:30 & 7-7:30, although i use a lot 5:00 when i'm getting worked.
Nice bump, you're on a bumpin' roll Unk.
