Rep Power: 8 | | | tai chi - Long Island NY I checked out the schools page and am contacting one of the schools listed there, but i was wondering if anyone here could suggest a good Tai Chi instructor on long island. Preferably Nassau county, and preferably Yang Stye.
Though any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, his primary style is 7*Mantis but he is also trained in Yang Style Tai Chi. Most Sifu's in Chinese martial arts have a background in Tai Chi, you just have to find them. The problem is that most of the teachers that teach Tai Chi only teach the health aspect of the style and forget the martial aspect. When you teach Tai Chi in that manner is like having Yin with no Yang . Good luck on your journey.
Peace
