There is another thread that has plenty of Acu-Charts.
They are known by different names/terms/numbers in the school of healing Acupressure that I do than some other schools, and in martial usage as well.
Still, they should provide an easy to understand guide in what I have described in use with the charts.

Lungs

These points are for problems associated with the lungs; bronchitis, asthma, respiratory distress, congestion, chest discomfort, injuries, etc.

#1) One and a half thumbs above the most prominent crease of the wrist, in line with the thumbnail. This point is easier found by linking the hands together at the thumbs, the point lies where the index finger rests at the top of the wrist in a small hollow(where the wrist meets the hand).
Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each side.

#97) In the center of the breastbone(sternum/between the pectorals) in line with the nipples(must be compensated for in case of adult women).
Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this spot for 10 seconds.

#107) (May require someone to help with this point.) The width of one thumb to either side of the spine in line with the top of the shoulder blades.
Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into these spots for 10 seconds only(right and then left acupoints.).

Toothache

Got a toothache? This point is great for helping with the pain!

#56) Located just behind the corner of the fingernail of the index finger(cuticle) on the side closest to the thumb. Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this spot for 10 seconds then do the same on the other finger.

The Neck

These points are used in association with neck problems.

#1) One and a half thumbs above the most prominent crease of the wrist, in line with the thumbnail. This point is easier found by linking the hands together at the thumbs, the point lies where the index finger rests at the top of the wrist in a small hollow(where the wrist meets the hand).
Apply 20lbs of pressure into this point and stimulate in a counter clockwise circle for 30 seconds on each hand.

#2) On the extreme end of the outer crease of the elbow, bend your arm and place a finger on the crease to find the point, relax the arm and stimulate with 10/20 lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on both arms. If you have joint pain in any joint on ther body, apply 8/10 lbs of pressure directly into to this spot for 10 seconds and repeat on the opposite arm.

#13) In the webbing between the thumb and forefinger, squeeze the two together and place your finger atop of the mound that is formed, find the most sensitive spot, relax your hand and stimulate with 20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each hand.

#21) At the point of the shoulder, raise the arm above the level of your shoulder and place a finger in the forwardmost dimple, lower your arm and stimulate with 20lbs of prssure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each shoulder, then continue this process with point #2

#23) On the spine, in the valley between the lowest cervical and highest dorsal vertebrae, on an imaginary line between the tips of the shoulders.
Apply 20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds.

#25) On the outside edge of the foot, just ahead of the bony prominence(in direction of the toes) this point is midway between the toes and ankle. Apply 20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each foot.

#29) On the top of the shoulder, midway between the tip of the shoulder and the neck, look for this just past where the arm joins the shoulder on the trapezius. 20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each side.

#35) slightly behind the hollow/separation between the biggest and second toes. 20lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle on both feet.

#98) On the spine, where the spine joins the skull(cervical atlas). Apply 20 lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds.

#100) One thumb's width below point 98 on the spine, apply the same type of pressure as directed for #98.

#106) Located the width of two thumbs to either side of point 98(cervical atlas). Apply 20 lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each point.

Mei Hua,

I'm delighted with the fast and great results I got with many of the Neck sites (for stiffness) I selected yesterday and today:#'s 37, 2, 21, 23, 29, 98, 100, 106. I snapped back to being well-aligned when out of spasm.

Cause of this problem is a combo of fibromyalgia, and an incident on a bus on 27 May that led to neck stiffness, for openers. I learned a whole new way to spaz out. It's going to take time, but I'll be okay.
I'm requesting further information.

abbreviated background.
The fibro was due to long-term, undiagnosed subclinical hypothyroidism. This occurred about a decade after I 131 partial destruction of thyroid tissue (Graves). A normal occurrence. I'm under a doctor's care for this condition.
It took me 3 years to find a research scientist/doc, who knew how to treat me with partial T4 replacement, and some years to recover from fibro debilitation. The Mayo Clinic couldn't figure it out. (shaking head) That's when I had medical insurance.

I started T'ai Chi in 1990 -- in a recovery program of my own design. Went on to the harder arts. They suited my temperament and needs. Success; but, I eventually discontinued my work. I'm different. Let's leave it at that.

Fibro can lead to soft tissue swelling all over the place, internally too. I've found that too many carbs aggravates this, and I'm careful. Doing pretty well, except in my head. I'm 5'2", small framed, varying between 102. - 105.5pounds.
Easily get muscle edema in lower legs (knee supports help to drive that.) That's an additional difficulty.

My sinuses are chronically swollen to varying degrees. ENT I saw once in Aug. 2005, said it's more than allergy (some allergy layered on top), and "I can't touch this."
I've been suffering for 3-4 years. affecting vision, eye pain; frontal pain, general pressure in head; maxillaries are joining in for first time ever. I can't even think of flying. Ear pressure equalization is mucked up, and left mastoid bone enlarged over last three years (no infection or pain in area), but sporadic ear fullness. An internist and an ENT looked at it and shrugged. It's obvious to me that internal pressure has something to do with this.

With age and accompanying hormone shakeup, allergies, like MSG got worse, chemical allergies too. I developed a bad one to dental nitrous (which was misused by a hygienist). That's another story. This last item might have been one of the factors that led to the whole sinus thing going to hell by June 2005, along with exposure to the new line of Pledge furniture polish that made me as sick as a dog that November.

In April, discovered that I was running a bit low on thyroid. Doc raised dose, and I had improvement. I'm due for TSH test. I don't feel Generalized, terrible pressure in my head anymore.
I had been holding steady and am satisfied with the thyroid treatment and medication. I don't want to mess with this. I didn't keep up with yearly testing for a while cause of finances. So, of course, that's when a decline begins. figures.

Lately, sinus blockage is leading to infection, which didn't happen before. That it didn't happen sooner is surprising. The maxillaries are a primary site. There is no rhinitis (runny nose).

Got general and specific points for this mess? Appreciate it. Thank you for your patience.
passingthru

P.S.: I am careful with the pressure cause I don't have much padding, and sometimes can run energy thru with little pressure applied.
I don't need to know the energy path, but the destination and intent are important.

Try these

Allergies
These are non-specific points, but they help with most allergies;

#2) On the extreme end of the outer crease of the elbow, bend your arm and place a finger on the crease to find the point, relax the arm and stimulate with 10/20 lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on both arms. After doing this point continue with these next points in order, so 2 then 27 and/or 28.

#27) The width of two thumbs above the top of the kneecap on the inner thigh, approximately in line with the crown of the inner ankle. 10/20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds.
#28) The width of one thumb to either side of the spine along an imaginary line drawn between the bottom of the shoulder blades. Same stimulation as #27.

#11)(Used for sneezing) In the hollow, direction towards the outside of the arm, of the inner elbow crease, in line with the hollow between the index/middle fingers. 10/20 lbs of pressure counter clockwise for 20 seconds.
#112) At the flare of the outer nostrils(bottom outside of nose) where they join the cheek, on the cheek rather than the nostrils. 10/20 lbs of pressure stimulated in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds.

Sinuses

#1) One and a half thumbs above the most prominent crease of the wrist, in line with the thumbnail. This point is easier found by linking the hands together at the thumbs, the point lies where the index finger rests at the top of the wrist in a small hollow(where the wrist meets the hand).
Apply 20lbs of pressure into this point and stimulate in a counter clockwise circle for 30 seconds on each hand.
#12) Between the nail and first joint of the thumb, just behind the nail on the outside(side farthest from other fingers). 10/20lbs of pressure done counter clockwise for 20 seconds.
#13) In the webbing between the thumb and forefinger, squeeze the two together and place your finger atop of the mound that is formed, find the most sensitive spot, relax your hand and stimulate with 20lbs of pressure in a counter clockwise circle for 20 seconds on each hand.
#46) Just to the rear of the second toenail(toe next to the big toe) on the side closest to the smallest toe. 10/20lbs of pressure done counter clockwise for 20 seconds.
#80A) Inner corner of eyes, ery near and slightly above the tear ducts, massage between the notch you feel above the eye in the skull opening and the tear duct. 10/20lbs of pressure stimulated counter clockwise for 20 seconds.
#80B) Close to 80A, but located more towards the center of the eye just above to beyond the notch that can be felt in the skull opening. Same stimulation as 80A.

Edema

#7) The width of one hand above the crown of the inner ankle, just behind the tibia(shin bone) on the front of the leg. Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this point, do this on each leg.

#9) The width of one hand below the bottom of the kneecap, then the width of one thumb toward the outside of the leg(towards the pinky toe) this spot is found in the trough/valley just away from the tibia.
Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each leg.

#48) The width of one thumb directly in front of the crown(the part of the ankle joint that sticks out) of the inner ankle. 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each leg.

#57) On the inner portion of the leg, just below the level of the kneecap in the concave depression just above the calf, in line with the crown of the inner ankle. 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each leg.
#72) The width of two thumbs above the crown of the inner ankle but towards the back of the ankle joint(almost to the rear of the leg). 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each leg.

Infection

These hopefully will provide some further help, the good thing about acupoints is that most have multiple relief patterns in coordination with other points.
Give me a day or two and I'll post some points and techniques that may help with the fibromyalgia.

Thank you very much.
I'll print your post, and pick out what seems best.

The ones near the tear ducts got my attention right away, because I can be uncomfortable that area (they sometimes feel blocked, and I have to blink a lot). I feel that now. Also, a "filling" sensation goes down the side of the nostril, and over the side of the upper lip (right under the nostril tip), when the maxillary sinus (one side or the other) is filling.
I didn't wait, and just went thru the points, and it helped. Quite a bit going down my throat.
The swelling remains and interferes with proper breathing, especially when I'm having an allergic reaction too. Like another layer of swelling.
I was going after a spider, and used some Raid. oh boy.

We'll call the 20-30 counts a set. How many sets can I do in an hour? a day? I only did one.

As for fibro, the main problem now is this crazy edema and the pressure it causes. It's no wonder I get tired. Kidneys have always checked out okay.

I tell ya, I'm keeping sane with Planet Rock radio, lol.

Any of those points that feel more "sensitive" than others will be a primary tonic point, as that has a stronger relation to the over all problem as it relates to qi and meridians, so work those ones a little more frequently.

As for how often, you can do it as many times as you like untill the problems lessen enough that you're comfortable, but wait 15 minutes in between each time you do it.

I'm good at following directions, and being careful. I've printed out everything.
The points are generally negotiable. Shoulder #29 gets interesting, but I manage and feel good for it. I'm going to add in some of the points I omitted from the neck list tomorrow.

I'm not doing well with the webbing between thumb and forefinger. That has been a sensitive place whenever I get ill. A whole lot of pain associated with it. Couldn't do it yesterday or today. significance of that area?

Sinuses are feeling better. I'd like to get rid of maxillary pressure before I go to sleep.

Nice to know there's hope,
passingthru

That is the Yangming meridian, Large Intestine, which can relate to problems in the neck/back/shoulder/sinuses/etc. so if it feels very sensitive that is the body telling you it is out of balance and needs to be reorganized, try some of the qi control centers as well and see if that helps any to balance things out a bit.

Yes. :-)
I got to sleep and woke in better shape than I did yesterday. Still a little maxillary sensation, but not what it could have been. I'll repeat neck and sinus treatments today, and look into the Chi circulation problem and allergies.

It might be that it's impossible for me to know how much of the sinus problem is due to allergies and how much to another underlying cause. Or, it could be that the fibro. is making it likely that I respond to different kinds of allergies (and stress too) with this extreme swelling.

This might be one of those life-changing times, or maybe I'll just start to regain what I can with calmness and respect.

It was around 5:30am when I went to sleep. Something just occurred to me. I think I'm right about where I got The "Shock." Must have been 1994.

At the time, I participated in a couple of sample weekend Kung Fu classes in Golden Gate Park. After one of them, the students trotted over to the teachers house nearby. I was invited. Teacher had one of those electric kits from China, that he was experimenting with on the students. He was using a booklet to tell how much of a charge to give to a Point. That should have given me a hint.

He delivered a very strong shock to one of my hands, I'm pretty sure in the area between thumb and forefinger. It was a mistake. The machine had been turned all the way up for some reason. I remember the pain and that I didn't feel very well for a time after (but I don't remember further details).

Going forward, though it's very hard to energize physical drive.

Thank you for helping me.
