I'm more than glad to help, as well as being glad that some of these points are proving a benefit to you.

Proceeding gradually. Everything a little at a time. I added #25 today. That small toe side of foot area is like catnip.

Have spontaneously done #6 many times without pressure, probably because I was taught that exercise in a class. I think it's the safest one for me. Will try it with pressure and intent, rather than a pleasant tummy rub.

I used to do internal rotation exercises several times a day, in and outside of horse stance. 3-4 hours of moderate depth horse stance a week. Moderate is fine if one sits into it. Miss that life.

Maintaining neck regimen (afternoon) and sinus one (before sleep).
One thing I've learned is that I need to rest before (to relax) and after doing this work. About 1/2 hour before and after. At least that's how I am for now. Be interesting to see how I'm doing in 6 months.

Began to catch up on cleaning up around here today.

peace

The Eyes

Here are some points which can help with a variety of eye problems such as infection, conjunctivitis and various eye diseases.

All stimulation should be done with the fingertip, a knuckle or a pointy object such as a pen tip.

*A note about stimulation: 20 lbs of pressure is a significant amount, when pressing the point it should hurt from the pressure applied deeply into it to get the proper direction and flow of energy. 10 lbs slightly less but should still feel sensitive. You will know if you have done it right if you get a release of tension, such as a belch or release of gas, this is a proper indication of correct stimulation*

1

One and a half thumbs above the most prominent crease of the wrist in line with the thumbnail. A hard point to find but made easier by linking your hands together at the thumb, the point lies underneath where the forefinger rests along the top of the wrist deep in a small hollow.

20lbs of pressure applied for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle, first on the right hand and then the left.

2

On the end of the outer crease of the elbow, bend your arm tightly and place a finger at the end of the crease, keep your finger in place and relax your arm and begin stimulation.

20 lbs of pressure applied for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle, first on the right arm and then the left.

13

In the webbing between the thumb and forefinger, squeeze your thumb against the forefinger and place a finger atop the mound that is formed, find the most sensitive spot and relax then stimulate.

20 lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle on the right then left hand.

This is also a control point for conjunctivitis (Pink eye)

Place your finger directly into the point with 10 lbs of pressure for 10 seconds only on the right and left hands.

17

The width of two thumbs between the big and second toe on the top of the foot.

20 lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle on first the right, then left foot.

66

This point has 3 uses for stimulation.

The width of two hands above the crown of the outer ankle and slightly forward of a line vertical to the outer ankle.

1.) 20 lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle, first the right leg then the left.

2.) This is also a control point for conjunctivitis (Pink Eye). 10 lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on the right then left leg.

3.) This point can also be used for more severe eye problems or if symptoms do not improve after all the points have been triggered.

10 lbs of pressure for 10 seconds directly into this point on the right leg then stimulate point 17(as directed above), then switch to the left leg and stimulate those points.

75

Just behind the outside corner of the nail on the smallest (Pinky) toe.
*Do not use this point if you have chronic pain around the eyes*

20 lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle on the right then left foot.

80 A

At the inner corner of the eye, very near and slightly above the tear duct, massage above the notch you feel above the eye in the skull and tear duct.
A way to find this point is to place your thumbs against your eyes(pinching the nose) and press upwards/outwards with the thumb, you will feel the point then.

20 lbs of pressure for 20 seconds in a counter clockwise circle on the right then left eye.

This is also a control point for conjunctivitis
10 lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on the right then left eye.

101

A control center for pain in the eye.

At the outermost portion of the inner nostril(ala nosi) at the inside flare of the nostril.
Place your finger where your nose meets your upper lip on the inside of the outer nostril.

10 lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on the right then left nostrils.
