Rep Power: 220 | | | Accupressure point #5 To properly locate the points listed, follow the directions for location and apply gentle pressure to locate the most sensitive area, this is your acupoint. To stimulate, use your fingertip, knuckle, or an instrument with a small point such as a pen(with cap).
Acupressure point # 5: In the hollow (valley) behind the crown of the outer ankle.
This point has two uses;
1.) Pain control center, in this manner put 10lbs of pressue on this point and hold there with fingertip or knuckle for 10 seconds and then do the same on the other ankle, it will help considerably with pain in all areas from back, neck, head, joint, etc.
2.) Face, Foot, Headache, Hip, Leg, Neuralgia, Relaxation, Muscular Sprains/Strains, Stress & Tension, Toothache; In this manner put 15-20lbs of pressure on this point with fingertip or knuckle and stimulate in a counter-clockwise direction for 20-30 seconds and then do the same on the other ankle.
This point used in this manner will help with many different symptoms of discomfort involving the listed areas.
I also find this point to be of great use with all the various injuries one receives in the martial arts.

Rep Power: 220 | | | Acupressure Point #30 This point is used to increase circulation in the body as well as stimulate Yang to increase warmth.
It is located in the clavicle, the hollow behind the collar bone, before the shoulder. Hunch your shoulders forward to increase the hollow, place two/three fingers in the hollow untill you find the most sensitve point, relax the shoulders, and then stimulate by pressing with about 10-15lbs of pressure for 10 seconds, do this on each side.

Rep Power: 220 | | | Acupressure Chi control centers.
There are points on the body which when stimulated can increase the flow of chi in your body or can slow it down when you have an over abundance. #6
Located a hand's width below and in line with your navel, another point for this purpose is one to two thumb's width below that. With you thumb or knuckle put ten pounds of pressure on this point which will help to increase the flow of chi in your body, if you have to much chi then with the same amount of pressure briskly stimulate in a counter-clock wise circle for 10 seconds to help balance your chi properly. #9
Found a hand's width below the kneecap, then a thumb's width towards the outside of the leg, direction of the small toe, in the trough or valley just away from the most prominent bone( Tibia/shin bone.)
Follow the same directions as for #6, ten pounds of pressure pressed into this point to increase chi, brisk counter clockwise circle for 10 seconds to slow and balance it out. #31
Located below the bottom of the breastbone on the xiphoid process, in line with the navel, follow the same directions as given before. #97
Located in the middle of the sternum(breastbone), in line with the nipples.
Same directions as before.

Rep Power: 220 | | | Some More Acupoints #37: At the end of the inner crease of the elbow, bend the arm tightly and press a finger into the extreme end of the crease, relax the arm and press this point for 10 seconds, release and repeat on other arm.
Good for; depression, dizziness, mental exhaustion, fatigue( lighly rub this point upwards toward the shoulder for 10 seconds to reduce the effects and gain some energy), Fear(control center), stress/tension, forearm problems, temper(control center). #105: This is a breath control center(to be used by men only!) located two thumbs above and in line with the nipples, apply pressure(8-10lbs) for 10 seconds to these points, before the need to breathe deep and hard(such as a workout).

Seems like a good idea, and to continue... #15
On the crease of the inner wrist(closest to) in line with the pinky.
Will help with; Heart/Heart problems, Angina Pectoris, Tachycardia, Anxiety, Stress/Tension, Nervousness, Depression, Fear Control Center, Head problems and Headaches, Dental work, Temper Control Center, Relaxation, Wrist problems.
Apply 5/8 lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds only, do this on both wrists.

Rep Power: 220 | | | The Arm I will list a number of points for various areas of the body that correspond to that area, such as arm, leg, etc.
A resource, what have you, if you should have any type of problem/discomfort in an effected area.
I will start with The Arm, this includes everything from the fingers to the shoulder, though there are also specific points for each part of the arm such as forearm, hand, etc. the points I list here are a general guide to help most, if not all problems, in an associated area. #2) On the extreme end of the outer crease of the elbow, bend your arm and place a finger on the crease to find the point, relax the arm and stimulate with 10/20 lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on both arms. If you have joint pain in any joint on ther body, apply 8/10 lbs of pressure directly into to this spot for 10 seconds and repeat on the opposite arm. #4) Two thumb widths above the most prominent crease in the upper wrist, in line with the middle finger. Apply 10/20 lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on both arms. If you have pain in the chest/ribs, apply 8/10 lbs of pressure directly into this spot for 10 seconds on both arms. #10) Two thumb widths above the most prominent crease of the inner wrist in line with the middle finger, follow the directions as stated above being 10/20 lbs of pressure counter-clockwise for 30 seconds on both arms. If there is pain in any part of the arm, 8/10 lbs of pressure directly into this point on both arms for 10 seconds. #18) On the crease of the inner wrist in line with the thumb, apply 10/20 lbs of pressure counter-clockwise for thirty seconds on both arms. #21) At the point of the shoulder, raise the arm above the level of your shoulder and place a finger in the forwardmost dimple, lower your arm and stimulate as directed for point 18. #29) On the top of the shoulder, midway between the tip of the shoulder and the neck, apply pressure as previously stated on both shoulders. To increase circulation and warm the body up through producing more Yang, apply 8 lbs of presure into this point for 10 seconds on both shoulders. #44) In the deepest hollow of the inner elbow along the crease, between the two ligaments. Apply 10/20 lbs of pressure counter-clockwise for 30 seconds on both arms, this point very useful for pain in the upper arm. #61) The width of one hand above the most prominent crease of the upper wrist in line with the middle finger, apply stimulation/pressure as previously stated. This is a pain control center for the; chest, ribs, arm, shoulder, and loins, apply 8/10 lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on both arms.

Rep Power: 220 | | | The Leg POINTS FOR THE LEG; #3) In the center crease at the back of the knee between the two large ligaments. Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this spot for 10 seconds on each leg. #5) In the hollow behind the crown of the outer ankle. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds, do this on each ankle. If the leg issue does not improve, is persistant, or is causing extreme discomfort, apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each ankle and then continue to the previous mentioned point(#3) and apply stimulation there as well. #7) The width of one hand above the crown of the inner ankle, just behind the tibia(shin bone) on the front of the leg. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating counter-clockwise for 30 seconds, do this on each leg. #9) The width of one hand below the bottom of the kneecap, then the width of one thumb toward the outside of the leg(towards the pinky toe) this spot is found in the trough/valley just away from the tibia.
Apply 20lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on each leg. #62) Slightly below the level of the bottom of the kneecap, on the outside of the leg, in the small depression formed when the leg is completely straight, in line with the crown of the outer ankle. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds, do this on each leg.

Rep Power: 220 | | | Bones/Fractures This point may require the help of another depending on flexibility. #42) The width of one thumb to either side of the spine, in line with the tips of the shoulders. Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into these points for 10 seconds.
This point will help in healing bone injuries and in aiding broken bones/fractures to heal more quickly/cleanly.

Rep Power: 6 | | I don't want to mess with this great post, so, if an admin believes that it should be moved, please do so...
A great way to feel refreshed in seconds is the following:
You put the happy victim (Hehehe... you will see why I call it this way) on a straight and hard surface. I mostly do it on the floor (clean it up first so as not to end up with various objects in the victim's nostrils).
The chin has to touch the ground so as the face to look ahaid. The hands have to be wide open. So, practically the victim gets a "face down crucifiction stance".
You put your palms on the victim's back, keeping the spine between them (for god's shake, you DON'T press down the spine) and you ask him/her to inhale deep. Then to exhale. As soon as the victim fully exhales, you press your palms down hard and quick some times. You will hear some *cracks*, like the ones you get when you crack your fingers. :P But, a LOT of them.
Then, you move your hands to another position and you repeat... Inhale, exhale, crack him! :P You do that in the square that the ribcage is.
It hurts a little cause the spine goes to the position it should be, but when the "victim" gets up he/she surelly wants more. :P
Before or after this, it's good to make him/her grab his/her ankles, keep the legs straight and try to put the head between the knees for half a minute. This will fully straighten the spine. I usually do this before, so the cracks and pain is less. | |
