Of course it works...quite well, in fact.

There is a basic description and a number of articles on the topic here:
www.PlumDragonJow.com

I also have a few of the public recipes and links to the herbs posted here:

If you have a specific question, feel free to ask them and I will address it.

Well I assumed at least some of the various types (at least from what I've gathered there is more than one). I just dont know much about. only recently have I gotten into more herbal and less modern medicine (hope that is the right word). I just hate taking pills. In the passed my last martial arts instructor recommended kwonlu? oil and tiger ball. Which is now what I use. So Im just looking for a little more than the basics. Can you make it yourself? Is it difficult? Where can you find it and just buy it (I figured Plum would have a good stock)? But didnt know where to find his stuff.

Green Horn,

There are hundreds of recipes out there, almost all of them have some value, even if minimal. Dit da is Chinese specific, but many cultures have similar external liniments, Balur and Thai Oil to name a couple. Tiger balm is ok for muscle soreness but it really just scrapes the surface of potential.

Jow is generally purchased either in a premade form, in herb packs, or as single raw herbs (I sell all 3). Making jow is really as easy or hard as you make it. In its easiest form, just soak the herbs in alcohol for several months and you can still receive good results. More difficult brewing concerns a number of processes that the herbs go through to enhance function or make safe, custom additions and certain steps that one might take to focus on various things, pre-decocted additions, etc...Most of the herb packs I sell come to you pre-processed so all you need do is add alcohol and age. Dale will likely offer a similar but slightly different rhetoric on the topic.

Both Dale and I sell a number of recipes, each one used for its own specific purpose, each with a certain goal in mind...Whether that use be for brusing or tendon strengthening, iron palm, shin conditioning, etc etc...

Hey PD, I have never seen that list and I have been to your site numerous times. That's like the second or third link I have found to your site that I cannot navigate to from within the site. What heading is it under?

Hi Rocko!

I havent built a direct link to that page yet, its still kind of a work in progress. I havent even really decided whether I want it on PlumDragonHerbs.com or PlumDragonJow.com yet...

Ill be building a link to it probably in the next month though, and I will let you know when its done. Until then, I guess the best way is to just click on it from this thread... =)
