Rep Power: 0 | | | I see it like this. If you are going to train with a blade use a metal blade that is not live. That way you aren't going to kill or maim your sparring partner or yourself for that matter so easily. Only advanced students should use live blades and that is against a partner who has adequate training and protection. As we all know... accidents happen, but they shouldn't happen. |

Rep Power: 2 | | | May sound harsh, but serves him right. A young cop? That means hes at least 18 right? (In New Zealand I think the minimum age is 18) Shouldn't any 18+ year old know better than to muck around with knifes, certainly if hes doing it around other people that he could injure.
