Rep Power: 3 | | | build your own wooden dummy hey guys, a little nugget of info for y'all---- as you know, must of us have wooden dummy forms in our styles, but can only train on it during your time at your school/ dojo/ club etc...... now to buy one, is ****ing expensive, and unless you are rich; it aint gonna happen. but, there is good news!! I found a website that reckons you can build your own for about £ 70-£ 80 quid!!!! I haven't got the http adress, but if you type build your own wooden dummy into the search engine, you'll find it!!!!! hope this is useful to someone |
