Rep Power: 157 | | | Nice to see it all in one place but the free section of the site (reviewed flexibility section) contains nothing particularly new or in depth and the exercises offered are quite limited.
Judging by the sample plyometric routine this is aimed at the general public. I'm assuming most dlist members do much more intense plyometric training in class.
