Hi Kuli, welcome back

For agility, I like to train with a ladder. Lots of variations of exercises you can do with a ladder- all really helps you agility!

Agility:

Height:

These are a good start, plyometrics for explosiveness and mix up some drills for agility.
Good on ya! More ma'ists should do this type of training imo.

Basically, do a search on plyometrics.

yeah, in general, jumping rope, plyometrics, and flexibility training are the best ways to improve your vertical leap and agility. Back in basketball days I used to live and breath those exercises (and I challenge and DLer to a slam dunk contest )

bad news for ya...the things your trying to work on all involve fast twitch muscle. There's no comfortable way to grow that stuff. It's gonna take a fair amount of pain and good amount "wow I want to throw up" to build up agility. On the upside most of the exercises also double as conditioning drills, so it's a pretty good deal.
