For agility, I like to train with a ladder. Lots of variations of exercises you can do with a ladder- all really helps you agility!  |

bad news for ya...the things your trying to work on all involve fast twitch muscle. There's no comfortable way to grow that stuff. It's gonna take a fair amount of pain and good amount "wow I want to throw up" to build up agility. On the upside most of the exercises also double as conditioning drills, so it's a pretty good deal.
