balance

well i was with few friends last weekend and playin around and we all tried to do a 1 hand push up and i was the only one who couldnt - -. i could do the most push ups and 3 and 2 fingers a hand but couldnt do a 1 hand and that pissed me off xD. so what are some things i can do to increase my balance by alot?

Well you could cheat and put a leg out to a 90degree angle. Use that to build yourself up, moving your feet closer together every week or two; until you can do it without the balance support.

Well that Im not to sure of. 1 handed pushups are impressive though. I would guess that it would however also standing on poles with one foot. Walking a beam as many gymnists do. Basically if you want to improve overall balance for more than just the 1 arm pushups I'd recomend thinking gymnastics/acrobatics

It's not necessarily balance that's your problem.
It could just simply be upper body strength period.
Try some weighted pushups, and work on isolation exercises for your arms, shoulders, and chest.
