Not yet but its only a matter of time, i meant the freebies on metacafe...
Been playing with the stability ball a bit lately, fun to mix it up. Standing on it and doing basic chi-gung or even boxing combinations(slowly)... Need lots of space...

If you are still in High School, you can't expect to quickly get a body like in the pic. She looks closer to my age.
My friend who is in the best physical shape out of the people I know ( was a very good personal trainer for a while ). He said it has taken him the last 6 years of constant and intense work to get to where he is now. And he still complains it's not enough. LOL. My point is, you are still young. When you hit your twenties, your body will allow for a lot more defined muscle development than now.
The advice to just be healthy and happy is the best you can get.

Rep Power: 40 | | The gymnastics stuff looks awesome. I'm a bit too lazy for something like that right now, but it will really pump up your Attributes. And good attributes can definitely contribute to making a better Martial Artist. Of course.

really?
Even if my school doesn't have it, my school gives me $450 a month for extra activities. Unlike my old school. But I have to wait 'till august.
by I hope it does have it that way my extra money can go to marshal arts and an good art program or home economics.

I think gymnastics is a great idea. Especially now days at tournaments where everyone is doing some kind of "trick". Learn how to do all that crazy stuff and incorporate it in your forms. I know some of these "tricks" aren't practicle BUT if you want to win you got to play the game if you know what I mean. Learn to do the butterfly kick, butterfly twist, Z kick, airial (sp?), back tuck, front flip, etc....
Gymnastics will help you achieve all these things and help you win at tournaments.

Rep Power: 54 | | | Gotta start slow and build a good foundation, otherwise your development will be sporadic, frustrating and dangerous. I know, i broke my neck in a gymnastics accident.
I work on/with lots of athletes (in the past month i've worked with paddle-board racers, power-lifters, martial artists and triathletes) and almost all injuries i see could have been avoided with more intelligent training.
I honestly did not realize how young you were, so it is even more important for you to heed the sensible and wise advice being given to you so freely here (esp john, aaradia etc).
If you train well and learn to be a happy and healthy athlete at this early stage in your life, i am sure that you will have a long and fulfilling athletic career that will positively affect your other endeavors. (What a mouthful..)

Rep Power: 45 | | | Yeah, start easy and work your way to the harder stuff. Make sure you have a good qualified gymnastics coach that knows what he/she is doing. Otherwise you might end up with a broke neck. I'd start with just simple stuff like kip ups, cartwheels, jump kicks, then work up to butterfly kicks, 360 jump inside crescent kicks, and butterfly kicks with twist and so on.

I know. I hope there a gymnastic class that way I can start my training. Of course I take all of the advise and work my way to the hard thing and not attempt them until both me and my body are able to preform them and I have a good coach.
I think I start on mat and with those budgie vest so nothing gets broken for the first month or so depend on how long it take to told my self enough to d a back tuck and hand springs.

Actually pullups, crunches, dips, pushups in all of their varieties would be the best place to start, that and some good yoga.
