Rep Power: 19 | | King of work outs What do you guy think about gymnastics off bar.
I'm thinking about also doing gymnastic to improve my agility, upper arm strength and flexibility. Plus it'll help me keep in shape for Tournaments.
And It will help me develop my abdominals.

Rep Power: 24 | | | I'm starting to feel that for most of us the simple answer is to live a healthy and active life style. It's just too much work to balance a career, family, training, school and still have the time to dedicate to being super fit. When I was personal training I'd work out four to six hours a day, two hour increments at various times, and supplement my diet with creatine, nox, and protein shakes. I feel better now that I've been moving towards a more "all natural" organic approach to health with more yoga and what not for my exercise. Maybe I'm just enjoying it more because it's new and different to me, but for now I'd say that you don't need to have the six pack abs or anything. Just be happy being healthy.

Did you go for it and buy the training programs? Got to admit I'm tempted because his 30 min basics routine would fit neatly into my practice in place of my current strength section.
It's always interesting how many quality martial artists do have gymnastics in their background. It is certainly good training though I've seen ex gymnasts ending up looking to put together badly mashed up bodies in yoga; it can be very hard on the body long term. For what it's worth consider approaching gymnastics via the more dynamic forms of yoga - Ana Forrest or whoever.
