Guess this question is geared more towards our resident MMA Guru (Cam). What are the "requirements" that qualify a school to teach MMA and have their students enter into MMA? Meaning, does the coaches need any kind of certifications etc? I'm just looking at all the MA schools around here...

as above mixed martial artists(or boxers/kickboxers/submission grapplers) with good amature records please post your training schedules,would appreciate it if you could include any cardio and strngth training as well as what technique training you do in a typical week.
as above what weight should i be walking at if intending to fight at 185bs? im a long way off fighting now but would like to get into the right weight range now. im about 5'7 91kg 12.75% body fat.
