Do you have specific forms for specific types of dao? The one we see in competition is the oxtail. Anyone have specific forms for willow leaf, grain leaf, nine ring, other types of dao?

how do you grip weapons? do different weapons require different grips? I have been doing alot of stuff with rattan battons in the last years or so and have found that i grip them with my thumb and middle two fingers as training with contact started to injure my pinky
