What can a boxer benefit from taijiquan? & What can a tiajiquan practitioner benefit from boxing?
Or how do you define what's a Martial Art and what isn't? Is Fencing also not considered a Martial Art? The argument can be made that these are "Sport Arts" and they don't blah blah blah. So what's the consensus?
