Shinto Katana
This is one of the most magnificent swords currently available. It is hand forged at the Dalian forge of ChenChao-po. Crafted in the waribagitae style, the blade is tempered using the traditional clay process dating back to 700 AD. The blade's cutting edge is a 60 RC, while the body of the blade is 20 RC. This provides one of the hardest edges available while maintaining resilience and shock absorbtion. The hilt is genuine ray-skin covered wood and is finished off with a Japanese cotton cord wrapping. The scabbard is crafted from wood and features a traditional lacquer finish and a buffalo horn kojori.
