Pro- Its hard to come up with anything redeeming about this book. Some of the applications (but not all) are decent.
Con- The information in the book is not necessarily correct. In the end there is an “FAQ”, and there is a lot of misinformation there. The actual book is under 100 pages, and actual instruction is sub-par. The apparatus is not discussed very well, and the essential Dit Da Jow is only mentioned in relation to the type one can order from the author. Body mechanics and practice seem “lazy” from my experience as well.
Overall I do not think this book is worthwhile to have in one’s collection. I added it to mine when I first started learning Iron Palm. Once I knew a little I knew enough to know I had wasted my money, even if it was only a small amount. Iron Palm is something one seriously needs a live instructor to learn from.
