The book (if the one with Lam Kam Chuen's name on it) is ok.
You can really see the difference between those who 'know' and those who dont.
Utterly disappointed at the lack of good representation for the tai chi section - the woman seems to know nothing about root or foot positioning. Still, she does make a good giraffe impression.
Xing Yi was _ok_ in that it covered the basics to an adequate level.
The Pa Kua section was a bit dire - needs more dialogue larger pictures, and generally more clearer.
Good layout and use of white space.
Worthwhile buy if you know nothing about these arts, otherwise you could find better.
