This guy made a great study about speed...
Not just some drills, training tips and techniques, but also mental training, food and supplements and much, much more!
It's so good that it's not "just" a book about speed.
Every aspect of martial arts training is in here.
Everything he writes seems well researched and based on many studies from many different fields.
There's also a huge list of references if you want dig in a little deeper into the material or research the sourches yourself.
I like the fact that he gives the pros and cons on everything, (the stretching, the weight training etc. ) and then it's up to the reader to decide how to use this information.
Although the writing may be a little "dry" for most, it's a great reference for everybody who's serious about their martial arts training and you'll use it like any other great training buddy!
