Pro- Although this is not an instructional book, there are a lot of lessons to be had within. It is very neat to read a "recent" recounting of the feats some of the various masters in Taiwan are were capable of. Through the text you get a taste of how the chosen art of each of these masters influenced their personality and lives.
Con- The book is just too short. At 100 pages it seems as though the author could have written much more on his experiences. As it stands I flew through the book in a day and was salivating for more.
Overall this is a great book that demonstrates the vastness and diversity of Chinese Boxing.
