There are plenty of training DVD's and videos out there. Any other teacher would have made a ten part series out of this DVD, but not Master Sinclair! He's put it all together on one. The most comprehensive wall bag training DVD ever- you will learn new stuff and better application, you will learn how to have a harder, faster, heavier strike from a shorter distance. You will learn how to safely condition your hands for real striking. You will learn from someone who so obviously knows!
