Have tried lots of Jow and this is the best I've used. It is concentrated and works to relieve bruising and toughen the skin of your knuckles.

Pros:	works good
Cons:	oily subtance

this stuf worked great, but...

was not what I expected....
it was a great smelling oily stuff, while the jow I\'m used to smells different and isn\'t oil based

still...
I did some very intense training on my hands and it got them into shape in no time, so yes...
I would reconment it

on the other hand:
I liked the smell...
but my wife hated it
