Pros: Very intersting mix of subjects
Cons: Not everybody\'s opinion is as good as others IMO

Very creative approach to an interesting subject. A wide spectrum of teachers of internal chinese martial arts share insights about practicing, teaching, fightinng, and related miscelanae. Some very high level folks in this book offer their perspectives, including my grand teacher, Luo Dexiu, and my teachers Senior brother under Luo, Tim Cartmell, both of whome I hold in extremely high regard as incredible martial artists. Jess did a really good job of presenting the information, and has some cool pics to go along with the stories.
