Pros: works well. worth the price.
Cons: initial cost - though it's worth it.

The first thing I noticed about the jow was how much stuff was in it. I was amazed. I've had soup with less substance. I got both the general purpose and iron palm jows. Both have been great! I used the general purpose for workout related bruises and muscle soreness. If applied right after the workout, it all but eliminates DOMS. Once DOMS has set in, however, it only serves to reduce it. I'd suggest applying the jow as soon as possible after a good work out.

The iron palm I use for striking practice and rock climbing. Applied before and after, it really helps reduce the pain in my hands.

As a side note, both jows smell good. I've used other linaments that smell ok to bad, but these jows smell good, natural, and clean.

Pros: Penetrating
Cons: NONE

I must in all honesty say PD jow is one of the very best I have Used.
I have ordered iron palm jow and PD has been curing it for me for months.
I am hoping the iron palm jow is just as good. I will let you know!
With Respect

Cons:

I have some of that stuff! I love it! I injured my
hamstring and it really helps. Only mine instead of saying "Dit"
has a T *lol*, are Ts and Ds sort of "interchangable" like Rs and Ls in
Japanese?
