Pros: Wears Great. Very sturdy and great for conditioning. No real need for a bottom tie with this weight.
Cons: none

I have had great sessions training on this bag. No real need for bottom tie for me. It does swing but just enough to move and attack as if it is a moving body. I do not do much kicking, just punching. The weight is great in that the bag is very solid and conditions wrists for giving very hard punches and keeping inline. When you can punch this bag full out many times and it feels good, your punches will for sure go through any human.
I do wear thin weight lifting gloves while working on the bag just to avoid tearing the skin too much.
