one of my teachers at MI used to say: if you want to learn how to play jazz, you gotta listen to jazz as much as possible.....
this DVD will do the same for you with submission grappling...
this is real competition footage and you'll see over 101 fights (on each DVD) being ended in all kinda submissions
to make it (even more) entertaining it's all mixed with a solid soundtrack and edited in a (thankfully not annoying) musicvid way
there a GI and no-GI sections and with 90 and 138 mins of footage there's more than enough for eveyone on these two DVD's
