The Tao of my Thoughts is a recently discovered book written by Chee Soo, a Taoist Master who was one of the first to teach Taoist methods in the Western world.
He learned T'ai Chi and kung fu in the London of the 1930's and taught for more then sixty years. This book contains his thoughts on Taoist philosophy written down over eight years from 1976 - 1982 and has remained hidden until the manuscript of the book came to light in February 2006. The book also contains an interview with his widow which gives some insight into the character and personality of the man.
