Description: The Taoist Art of Feng Shou, 'Hand of the Wind' Kung Fu is an updated re-print of the original book by Chee Soo which was a bestseller in the 1980's. It is a part of the series 'Taoist Arts of the Lee Style' which includes works on philosophy, Chi Gung, T'ai Chi, Chinese Medicine and the Taoist Diet. These books were ground breaking when they were first published and have paved the way for many similar works by other authors.

Chee Soo learned kung fu from a Chinese master in London in the 1930's and trained for over sixty years. He taught T'ai Chi and kung fu on the set of the cult TV series 'The Avengers' in the 1960's when Bruce Lee and David Carradine were still wearing short pants, and had the largest school of Chinese Arts outside of China at the time.

This book is a detailed study of the Internal style of kung fu of the Lee family, it contains clear descriptions of the core techniques of the style with accompanying illustrations. There is also background information about the history of Taoist kung fu and philosophy including guidelines for developing Chi. Feng Shou kung fu is a style which relies purely on the development of internal energy or Chi and is suitable for people of any age or level of ability as no harsh physical training regimes or muscle building are required.
