This, of course, does not mean the tactic is not efficacious; it indicates that both of you have become more skillful. If you use the tactic on those who have not undergone Pushing Hands systematically, you will find you can push them around quite.....

He received the "Qigong Master of the Year" award at the Second World Congress on Qigong held in San Francisco in November 1997
